Management Reserves The Rights To;
1. Refuse entry to of any apartment without the need for any reason to be given, regardless of whether or not a booking has been made.
2. Remove personal belongings from any apartment once the check out time of 10am has expired. Personal belongings will be stored in a lockup secure area off sight and will be disposed of after 14 days.
Cancellation Policy For Individuals
Minimum of 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit in full the first night of accommodation. No exceptions are made.
Cancellation Policy For Group Booking and Booking in Excess of 1 Month.
Guests will forfeit their deposit when cancelling group bookings or bookings that are in excess of 28 days. The deposit is not refundable under any circumstance.
No Party & No Excessive Noise Policy
Our intent, as an accommodation provider is for all our guests to enjoy the comfort and facilities we offer.
Our “No Party & No Excessive Noise Policy” which all guests have signed and agreed to upon registration at the front desk, will be strictly enforced.
Any person(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund.
There will be no warning give.
We ask you to contact reception should you experience other guests causing you discomfort.

No Smoking Policy
All our apartments are non smoking apartments. An additional cleaning fee of $150.00 will be applied to your account if you smoke within our apartments.
If you wish to smoke could you please smoke in the court yard of the apartment. Please reframe from throwing cigarette butts on the ground.
Additional Cleaning Fee
In order for Macquarie Service Apartments to provide affordable accommodation we ask our guests to ensure that they leave the apartment in the way they found it.
We request that;
- all rubbish be removed and place in the large wiz bins.
- all dishes are washed and put away.
- all dirty towels are placed in the bath tub.
An additional cleaning fee of $80.00 will apply if you leave your apartment dirty.
