Management Reserves The Rights To;

1. Refuse entry to any apartment without the need for any reason to be given, regardless of whether or not a reservation has been made.

2. Remove personal belongings from any apartment once the check out time of 10am has expired. If personal belongings are removed, they will be stored in a locked area off site.

3. Charge a storage fee of $50 per day. On the 8th day, goods are disposed of.

Cancellation Policy For Individuals

A minimum of  72 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours, will forfeit in full the first night of accommodation. No exceptions apply.

Cancellation Policy For Group Booking and Booking in Excess of 14 Days.

Guests will forfeit their deposit when cancelling group bookings or bookings that are in excess of 14 days. The deposit is not refundable under any circumstance.

No Party & No Excessive Noise Policy

Our intent, as an accommodation provider is for all our guests to enjoy the comfort and facilities we offer.

Our “No Party & No Excessive Noise Policy” which all guests have signed and agreed to upon registration at the front desk, will be strictly enforced.

Any person(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund.

There will be no warning given.

We ask you to contact reception should you experience other guests causing you discomfort.

No Smoking Policy

All our apartments are non smoking apartments. An additional cleaning fee of $150.00 will be applied to your account if you smoke within our apartments.

If you wish to smoke could you please smoke in the court yard of the apartment. Please reframe from throwing cigarette butts on the ground.  

Additional Cleaning Fee

In order to provide affordable accommodation we ask our guests to ensure that they leave the apartment in the way they found it.

We request that;

1. all rubbish be removed and placed in the large wiz bins.
2. all dishes are washed and put away.
3. all dirty towels are placed in the bath tub.

An additional cleaning fee of $80.00 will apply if you leave your apartment dirty.
