Upon check in all accommodation charges need to be settled in full proir to receiving an access code.

Company Charge Back Accounts

Not available to individuals and is restricted to large corporations.
If an account is set up then the terms of payments are strictly 7 days. All accommodation charges must be settled in full prior to arrival. we are able to generate a tax invoice prior to the guest arriving. Companies are able to pay for their accommodation via direct deposit with prior arrangements. Generally it is our company's policy not to provide charge back accounts.
