At the Executive Villas Jesmond, motel security is of a paramount importance. The Executive Villas Jesmond endeavours to provide for a safe and crime free environment. We understand that security plays a vital role in ensuring the future viability of our Motel. Therefore physical systems are used at the motel such as;

1. Access Control Systems to Guest Rooms

2. Close Circuit TV Surveillance Equipment.

3. Flood Lighting. 

4. Safety Deposit Box is at Reception.

Restricting access to guest rooms is the key element in ensuring security at our motel. We use electronic access control key pads whereby entry into a room is obtained by entering your personal pin number into the door. This will in turn open your door. This pin number is deleted upon your departure and a new pin number enter into the system for the next incoming guest. This eliminates lost keys and the possibility of guests getting keys cut.  

In ensuring the safety of our Motel guests we have installed close Circuit TV Surveillance Equipment (CCTV). This system acts not only as a deterrent against crime but also produces recorded evidence. CCTV cameras have been installed in the reception area, staircases, swimming pool and at security check points.

A safety deposit box is located at reception which is accessible between 9.00am & 9.00pm. This reception area is also alarmed after hours for added security.

It is out police service that provides law enforcement against crime and thus protects our patrons. It is our company's policy that if a guest or suspect is caught committing an offence he or she will be handed over to the police. Compensation will then be sort through the court system.
